Product Description

Application field

Valves are versatile components used in a wide range of industries including power, metallurgy, petrochemical, hydraulics, paper, pharmaceuticals, food and energy. These valves are for flow control and interception of non-corrosive gases, liquids, semi-liquids and solid powders in pipelines and vessels. Installation is possible regardless of the medium and flow pattern. It is possible to adjust the distance between the two flanges during installation.

Work principle

The butterfly valve consists of a disc-shaped butterfly plate made up of two symmetrical discs. Each side of the plate base plate has a pin shaft perpendicular to the shaft line and integrated with the plate. The opening and closing action is achieved by turning the handwheel or handle. This turns the moving ring inwards and drives the disc seat to rotate together.
