The valve uses water or liquid as the working medium. It can automatically or remotely control the flow of water, oil, liquid, and other working medium pipelines. The ZCS water solenoid valve is sealed with rubber, which greatly reduces the risk of contamination in the working medium. It also has the advantages of rapid opening and closing, as well as high reliability.
The DF(ZCS) water solenoid valve is a pilot solenoid valve with a secondary opening valve. Its structure consists of a pilot valve and a main valve, with the main valve using a rubber sealing structure. In its normal position, the movable iron core seals the pilot valve port, balancing the pressure in the valve chamber and closing the main valve port. Energizing the coil generates an electromagnetic force that attracts the movable iron core. This causes the medium self-guiding valve port in the main valve chamber to leak out, resulting in a pressure difference.
As a result, the diaphragm or valve cup is quickly lifted, opening the main valve port and creating a path for the valve. When the coil is turned off, the magnetic field disappears. This resets the active iron core and closes the pilot valve port, balancing the pressure in the pilot valve and the main valve chamber, which then closes the valve again.
