The pilot pressure reducing valve is mainly composed of valve body, main spring, main valve core, main valve seat, piston, pilot spring, pilot valve core, pilot valve seat, pilot piston and adjustment spring. Twist the adjusting screw, compress the adjustment spring, open the pilot spool on the top, and the medium enters above the piston from the inlet side.
Since the piston area is greater than the main valve spool area, push the piston downward to make the main valve open, adjust the pressure of the spring by the pressure balance after the valve to change the opening degree of the pilot valve, thereby changing the pressure above the piston, and control the opening of the main spool to keep the pressure after the valve constant.
Pilot-operated pressure reducing valves use the hydraulic operating principle to achieve control. As a component for adjusting and throttling local pressure changes, the pilot operated pressure reducing valve reduces the inlet pressure to a certain set outlet pressure range, and then automatically maintains a stable outlet pressure with the energy of the medium itself.
